My Story

At Posture Wise, we believe in the power of movement to heal the body and mind. After undergoing two full hip replacements, I had a mission to help others prioritise conscious movement to increase strength and mobility. With extensive experience teaching yoga pre and post operations, as well as advanced training in Yoga Detour method and Functional Range Mobility Systems (FRC), I use this knowledge to help anyone achieve their goals, and ultimately live and move pain-free.
